Formation:
6v6 (5 field players + goalie)
Player Card: NOT required!
Waivers: REQUIRED. NO EXCEPTIONS! (players under 18 must have parent or guardian signature on file)
Foot Wear: Indoor Shoes or Sneakers (no cleats)
Jersey colors: A dark and a light shirt are recommended (In the event of a color conflict the home team will be required to change)
Roster Freeze: At kick off of your last pool play game
