What about the Referee Fees? How are they paid?
Each team needs to pay the referee prior to kickoff of each game. This is a separate fee from the Team league Registration fee paid to TIS. For referee fees and further session information click here
What about a TIS youth player/ID card?
Players cards are made at our offices at Tualatin Indoor Soccer. The player must be present for his or her player card photo prior to their first game. A player cannot play unless they have a current card. Cards are renewable each year on September 1st. For further information about cards and other session information click here. Very Important: When you get your FIRST TIS ID Card, this is the one and only your parent guardian will be requred to sign the waiver form, following years you only need a picture.
Do I need to bring my child's birth certificate when their player card is first issued?
No. The only time TIS might ask for a copy of a players birth certificate or club issued player card is when an opposing team challenges or questions the age of the player. The challenging team (coach) must make a written and formal request to TIS. If TIS determines that the request has merit TIS will ask for proof of age in the form of a birth certificate or club player card.
Who can sign the waiver form?
If you are under 18 only your parent or legal guardian must sign the TIS Waiver form.
Do my parents/guardians need to sign the form each year I play at TIS?
No. A parent or guardian only needs to sign the waiver at the time you receive your initial TIS player card.

This schedule is a guideline and subject to change!
Can we make a special request with certain times or dates not to play?
Yes. If for some reason your team is unable to on a particular date or time please contact our office PRIOR to the Schedule posting. All reasonable attempts to accommodate your request will be made.
Can we reschedule a game?
After the schedule has been published online, it is each individual team’s responsibility to make any schedule changes. We will assist a team requesting a change by giving them the contact numbers of all teams who will be impacted by their rescheduling requests. There is No charge for schedule changes. In most cases a minimum of 3 teams have to adjust their game schedules to meet the request of a single team. This process can only take place with the blessing of all 3 impacted teams and then written approval from TIS. If all of these criteria have been met then a reschedule is permitted.
We are registering several teams and don't want any of our teams to face each other. Can you accommodate that?
If the league your teams are placed in has a minimum of 10 teams TIS can usually schedule your teams in such a way that they will not have to play each other. In leagues with fewer than 9 teams the chances are strong that your teams will face each other at least once. If you place your teams in different leagues than they will not play one another.
